Board, Board Standing and Budget Committee Meetings and Dates

All trustees are members of the Board, Board Standing and Budget Committees. The York Region District School Board generally adheres to the following monthly schedule for these meetings.

These meetings are open to the public and held at The Education Centre - Aurora, 60 Wellington Street West. A limited number of hard copy agenda packages are available at the reception desk and in the Board Room prior to each meeting.

Board and Statutory Committee Meetings

In addition to the Board, Board Standing and Budget Committee Meetings, trustees serve on a variety of other Board and Legislated Committees.

Board and Statutory committees make recommendations to the Board of Trustees in accordance with its mandate.

Trustee membership on Board and Statutory Committees is approved annually at the December Board Meeting.
