Registration Procedures for Night School Credit Courses
  1. Students attending Y.R.D.S.B. Day Schools:
    1. Register on-line by , please refer to the Instruction Tip Sheet on how to register.
    2. Career Cruising will open January 2, 2013
  2. Students attending Schools other than Y.R.D.S.B. Secondary Schools:
    1. Complete the registration form or obtain one from Dr. Bette Stephenson Centre for Learning
    2. The form must be signed and sealed by your day school principal.
    3. Bring the form to Dr. Bette Stephenson Centre for Learning, 36 Regatta Avenue, Richmond Hill:
          Fall - Tuesday, September 11 2012, 2011 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
          Winter - Thursday, February 7, 2013 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  3. Adults wanting to take Night School Credit Courses:
    1. Complete the registration form and bring the form to Dr. Bette Stephenson Centre for Learning, 36 Regatta Avenue, Richmond Hill:
          Fall - Tuesday, September 11 2012, 2011 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
          Winter - Thursday, February 7 4:30 p.m. to 6:30
    2. Bring proper identification and documentation: photo identification, citizenship, proof of address, school transcripts, etc.
    3. If you have recently left high school then you must bring an updated Credit Counselling Summary form or updated transcript.

Please make copies when downloading a registration form from the website, the original to Continuing Education Services, a copy for your home school and a copy for you to bring with you to your first class.

PLEASE NOTE: All students are responsible for obtaining the course textbook; books will be sold during the second week of class.

I.D. Badge: For the safety and security of all participants attending the Board’s Night School Programs, and to be able to readily identify intruders in the building, an I.D Badge is required. It must be worn at all times by students and staff within the school site. The cost of this badge is included in the $10 consumable fee. Cheque or cash will be collected during the first week of classes. Please make cheques payable to the York Region District School Board.
