School Council School Councils play a fundamental role across the York Region District School Board in ensuring student success. Ventura Park P.S.'s School Council is actively involved in supporting student achievement through the School Improvement Plan. The school council meets four times each year. Parents and community members are always welcome to attend these meetings, to join one of the committees, or to send comments and suggestions at anytime.
