General Motors of Canada generously donated 18 Lumina engines to the York Region District School Board. These engines, valued at $36,000 will be used for instructional purposes in 13 secondary schools.

Students from King City Secondary School will work on a donated engine while teacher Brian Parkin will thank GM representative, John Dezwaan of King City Chevrolet, for providing students with a “hands on” learning opportunity.
